NOTE: Your tour is NOT reserved until you receive a confirmation email from PubCrawler, once your reservation request and payment have been received.
PubCrawler Tour Reservation FormIf you'd rather reserve your pub crawl tour by filling in a PDF and sending it to us, instead of using our online reservation system, please click the above link, complete the PDF and send it back to us via the contact information listed in the PDF. As always, feel free to call us at 512.657.7334 if you prefer to speak to a representative to schedule a tour in person! Passenger Release of Liability and Alcohol WaiverAll riders must provide photo ID at the time of tour, and must read and sign the PubCrawler Release of Liability Waiver. You may download and photocopy this form, and have it signed by riders prior to the pub crawl. Alcohol is B.Y.O.B. on PubCrawler tours. If you intend to consume alcohol on your pub crawl tour, please download the PubCrawler Alcohol Waiver, and have it signed by riders in advance. This form will also be available at the time of the tour. Canned beer and wine only. Sorry, no bottles or hard liquor! |
