PubCrawler Tour Reservation Form

If you'd rather reserve your pub crawl tour by filling in a PDF form and mailing it or emailing it it to us, instead of using our online reservation system, please click the above link, fill out the form and send it back to us via our contact information provided on the form.

Passenger Release of Liability and Alcohol Waiver

All riders must provide photo ID at the time of pub crawl tour, and must read and sign the PubCrawler Release of Liability Waiver. You may download and photocopy this form, and have it signed by riders in advance.

Alcohol is B.Y.O.B. on PubCrawler tours. If you intend to consume alcohol on your pub crawl tour, please download the PubCrawler Alcohol Waiver, and have it signed by riders in advance. This form will also be available at the time of the tour.

B.Y.O.B. - Pony kegs, home brew kegs, canned beer and wine only. No bottles, hard liquor or half-barrel kegs!

Bring your own pony or home brew keg and connect directly to our tap! We have connections for both ball-lock and pin-lock home brew kegs.

PubCrawler Booking and Use Policies

Reservation Policy

All reservations booked online are considered tentative until you receive an email confirmation that your tour has been booked and credit card charged or payment received.

• All tours require a 2-hour reservation minimum.
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour.
• All members of your tour party need to arrive 30 minutes prior to tour start time.

In rare cases, you may be asked to start your tour earlier or later to accommodate as many tours as possible in a day. You have the right to refuse the change and your tour will not be booked.

Payment/Cancellation Policy

Tour is reserved only upon payment in full. Tours run rain or shine.

Cancellations:

Penalties for Damage/Late Return/Abandonment

Damage or Late Return Fees may be charged following tour at PubCrawler Pilot's discretion:

•  $55 - 15-20 minutes late
• $70 - 20-25 minutes late
• $85 - 25-30 minutes late
• $200 - 30-59 minutes late
• $250 per hour - more than 60 minutes late
• Damage: Cost of Repair
• Abandonment: $400

Inappropriate Behavior Termination

Inappropriate behaviors will result in early termination of your tour & $200 penalty. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Extreme Intoxication
• Excessive Noise
• Loitering more than 5 minutes after tour
• Providing alchohol to non-passengers
• Littering
• Public Urination
