Custom Route Transportation Charges

The Pubcrawler of Austin is available for rentals outside of our normal routes. Our transportation charges for custom routes is as follows:

• $150 plus $3 per mile roundtrip from our garage to you (3 hour minimum)
• 50 miles or greater (4 hour minimum)
• 100 miles or greater (8 hour minimum)

Payment Options

All PubCrawler tours must be paid by credit card in advance. Options include Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Damage/Late Fees

We reserve the right to charge your credit card following the tour if necessary. Since the PubCrawler is powered by its passengers, they control the speed at which the tour progresses. For scheduling purposes, however, it is necessary that the tour end within 15 minutes of the scheduled return time. The pilot will determine if late fees are applicable. Traffic, outside of passengers control will be taken into consideration. There will be no Damage/Late Fee charged if the PubCrawler returns to the starting point on time and undamaged from the pub crawl.

• $55 - 15-20 minutes late
• $70 - 20-25 minutes late
• $85 - 25-30 minutes late
• $200 - 30-59 minutes late
• $250 per hour - more than 60 minutes late
• Damage: Cost of Repair

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all PubCrawler tours in the state of Texas.

Tips and Gratuity

• An 18% gratuity is added to all corporate events and to all reservations that require the use of 2-3 bikes in our fleet.
• On standard tours, tips are greatly appreciated! Our drivers work hard to ensure your pubcrawl is one you won’t soon forget!
